Year of New Beer: One Claw, Westbrook Brewing (SC)

Citrusy hops and a bit of peppery spice on the nose. On the tongue, citrus pith is buffered nicely by a touch of sweet malt backbone, but the rye spice finishes things off with a bit of drying heat. As per usual with Westbrook, excellent.  Thanks to Lakisha Smith for sharing this one.
