Year of New Beer: Paloma Gose Batch 4693, Schlafly (St. Louis)

Perfect brew for a warm afternoon. Plenty of lime and grapefruit to go along with a slight brine and wheat cracker. Just a touch of a floral note with very subtle spice. Really nice balance on the tastebuds. The tartness of the lime really pops, but there's enough salinity to keep this in the realm of more traditional goses. Grapefruit peel along the middle, with a coriander that seems more noticeable on the tongue. Very enjoyable.
