Interesting hop bill on this one makes it stand out from the crowd. Nose starts off with plenty of tangerine and candied apricot, but allows some really nice herbal tea and honeydew notes to emerge with warmth. Citrus, pineapple, and a more prominent melon on the tongue. Underlying notes of pine and floral grasses, but nothing too bitter. Hints of wheat with a very smooth oat creaminess. Juicy and just a touch sweet on the finish. This may not be in everybody's wheelhouse, but I really liked it.
