Year of New Beer: Karrol F.N. Bashkins, Blue Stallion Brewing Co (Lexington)

Maybe the perfect beer for a nearly perfect day (minus the coronavirus, of course). Opens with the expected key lime, prominent, but not overpowering. Light grains offer up a touch of sweetness. Virtually unchanged to the tongue. Nothing complicated or fussy here. Just a nice, refreshing lager that showcases a zesty lime amidst a cereal grain base. Smooth, with a light body, and a lightly floral finish. Well done. This crowler disappeared about as fast as Carol's first husband.
