Year of New Beer: Double Gavel Banger, Taft's Brewing Co (Cincinnati)

Pineapple, grapefruit, and hints of pine on the nose. Big candied fruit note hits the tongue first, but it is backed up by a resinous hop bite. Big honey/malty character to this. Nice old school double IPA.
