So they threw a ton of different hops in here, and they somehow managed to deliver an incredibly delicious beer that is masterful in its subtlety. Grapefruit, peach, pear, pine, and herbal grasses all take turns in the aroma spotlight. Soft, juicy, and at the same time spicy and dank on the tongue. Lots of citrus peel balanced by sweeter notes of mango, passion fruit, pear, and pineapple. Don't think I would have picked out the lactose in this, but I think it is responsible for enhancing the sweetness of the fruits. Still plenty of dank herb on the finish. This is stellar.
