Year of New Beer: PKWY Pale Ale, West 6th Brewing (Lexington)

Very crisp, clean pale here that manages to pack a lot of flavor into a manageable ABV. Nose is fruity, with some tangerine, lemon, and grapefruit rind. With a little bit of warmth comes an earthy spice, hints of pine, and faint toasted bread crust. Transitions nearly unchanged to the tongue. Still plenty of fruits coming and going, but does get just a bit more herbal and dank on a drier finish. Nice summer pale, glad I picked this up.
