Year of New Beer: Plumberry Buddies, DSSOLVR (Asheville)

I'm all about the fruited goses, and this one is excellent. Nose hits first with juicy plum, followed by more traditional gose notes of salt and coriander. Warmth does bring out the dark berry characteristics. Modestly sour on the tongue, but migrating more toward berry jam as time passes. Plum skin and blueberry seem to come on more moving through the glass, balancing the spice and light brine very nicely. Very good.
