This is a tough beer to describe. Each time I go to the snifter, it smells different. Chocolate, then cherries, bourbon, then spice. On the tongue, sweet grape, chocolate covered cherries, charred wood, bourbon, rye spice. This beer is all over the board, yet I can't put it down. Purchased at The Beer Trappe
