Smoky oak, dark chocolate, bourbon and hints of herbal hops on the nose. On the tongue, some dark fruits and vanilla sweetness come forth initially, but are quickly pushed aside by a roasty char, solid bourbon heat, and intense cocoa bitterness through the finish. This one is just a tad hot right now, but will probably mellow in to something special in a year or so.
