Year of New Beer: Port Omna (Caramel, Coconut, Cacao Nibs), Kane Brewing Co (NJ)

Milky sweet chocolate greets the nose as soon as the can is cracked open. Very modest coconut and hints of burnt sugar. Silky smooth on the tongue, reminiscent of eating a Caramello candy bar. Coconut is once again very subtle, but It does show off a bit with some warmth. Just a trace of lightly charred malts in the finish, but not so much as to ruin the sweetness. Very enjoyable dessert-like beer.
