Year of New Beer: Lift, MadTree Brewing (Cincinnati)

Light cracker malts with a slightly floral sweetness on the nose. On the tongue, the expected sweet grains are there, but a gentle hop bite prevents them from dominating. A touch of Orange zest and hay as well. Not normally a Kolsch fan, but, as is the case with everything I've had from MadTree, this is a solid example of the style.
