Year of New Beer: Spring Hornin' IPA, Anderson Valley Brewing Co. (CA)

Lightly floral and sweet on the nose with traces of caramel and spice. On the tongue is an initially off-putting metallic taste that thankfully fades, leaving behind some orange, grapefruit, and apple skin. Fairly solid malt backbone. Not bad, but I probably wouldn't get it again.
