Year of New Beer: Amazon Princess, People's Brewing (IN)

Tropical fruits with a touch of toasted grain husk on the nose, but overall pretty subdued. On the tongue, however, the fruit is juicy, with the mouthfeel getting somewhat chewy for a regular IPA. Traces of pine bitterness as well, all fashioned against a solid, bready malt backbone that carries with it a hint of caramel. This is a rock solid IPA that needs to be in cans to improve its beach/pool friendliness.  Another good pickup from the Keg in Clarksville, IN.
