Year of New Beer (Round 4): Vlad the Imp Aler, Cascade Brewing (OR)

This wild ale is funky on the nose with sharp Granny Smith Apples, tart white grape, and hints of spicy oak. Puckering, yet incredibly balanced for a sour beer. This is a style that is really growing on me. Props to Jeff Rice for opening this gem.
