Nose is tart with lemon, backed by a dusty wheat and saltwater. On the tongue is an acidic citrus bite that provides a tartness that overrides the earthy musk in the middle. The seawater brine provides a nice mineral counterbalance to the sour fruit. Easy drinking and full of flavor. Picked up at The Beer Trappe.
