The Twelve (New) Beers of Christmas, Day 9-Tsjeeses, De Struise Brouwers (Belgium)

A lot of fruit on the nose-apples, pears, and grapes to name a few. On the tongue, the fruits are sweet, as is the caramel malt backbone. Very mild hop bitterness, as expected from a 2+ year old beer, with moderate spice notes. Another case of well-hidden alcohol at 10%. Really nice beer. Purchased at The Beer Trappe.
