Year of New Beer: Molotov Cocktail Single Simcoe Hop Edition, Evil Twin Brewing (Denmark)

A victory beer for a win much like the Molotov Cocktail--jagged, explosive, but ultimately getting the job gone. The aroma drips with juicy, fruit sweetness, with pineapple, mango, and pear just a few of many present. On the tongue, the fruits exude a candied sweetness before the herbal Simcoe kicks in providing a nicely balanced hop bitterness. Overall, a little sweeter than I prefer, but one I wouldn't turn down. Many thanks to Ben for grabbing this one.
