Year of New Beer: Battlefield IPA, Avondale Brewing (AL)

Nice combination of citrus and floral bouquet on the nose; somewhat grapefruit dominant. The nose translates well to the tongue with a fairly solid malt backbone. Nothing mind-blowing here, but a solid IPA that would earn regular rotation in my fridge if it were available here. Picked up at Hop City in Birmingham.
