Surprisingly, this hopped up Gose has very little going on in the aroma department. Traces of salt and coriander for sure, with very mild lemon and a touch of grass. On the tongue is a different story. The Sorachi hops provide a sharp lemon kick, with lesser notes of dill and possibly some cilantro. Very tart, much more than their regular Gose, which I find to be saltier. The hop bitterness remains pretty green and slightly vegetal through the finish, leaving a bit of an odd aftertaste. Very unusual. Not as good as the regular Gose, in my opinion, but I'm glad I got to try it.
