Year of New Beer: Mad Manatee, Bold City Brewery (FL)

Very mild on the nose with light, sweet grains, a bit of caramel, and traces of floral hops. Not a very good aroma. Things get slightly better on the tongue with some pithy orange bitterness, but still heavy on the caramel malt. Poorly carbonated. Perhaps Bad Manatee would have been a better name. Or Sad Manatee. Flat Manatee would have been funny.
