
Year of New Beer (Rnd 1): Danger Series with Wild Yeast, Country Boy Brewing (Lexington)

Writing this many hours after the fact, but I think the board said this was done with Brettanomyces. Anyway, both the nose and tongue offer up a touch of sour funkiness. Comes off just a bit acidic with hints of citrus peel. Light bodied and extremely refreshing. I could drink several of these, very good.
