Year of New Beer: Fist City, Revolution Brewing (Chicago)

A great example of how you marry aroma to the taste buds in this pale ale. Grapefruit, mango, and tangerine work alongside an herbal, cut grass note for bitterness, as a light ribbon of caramel malt provides sweetness. Very solid beer, as is usually the case with Revolution. Sure hope they can eventually make their way a little further South than Cincinnati.
