Year of New Beer: Magic Number 4:21 Raspberry Smoothie IPA, Omnipollo (Sweden)

As the name would suggest, raspberries are prominent on the nose, tart and piercing while being backed by a solid bouquet of floral hops. On the tongue, the raspberry is again sharp, even lightly sour. By mid-palate, an uprising of citrus hops provide some bitterness. With warmth the raspberries turn a little soft and creamy. Very interesting beer, pretty good.
