Year of New Beer: D'mango Unchained, Ethereal Brewing (Lexington)

Huge mango notes on the nose, with fruit pulp and hints of yeasty funk as well. On the tongue are equally prominent notes of mango, with citrus peel and traces of honey. Reminiscent of the New England IPAs that are all the rage right now, this beer makes me happy to live in an area where so many good beers are made. The guys on Manchester are doing great work.
