Year of New Beer: House Party Volume II, Central State Brewing (IN)

Mild citrus, fresh cut field grasses, and a touch of yeasty funk on the nose. Very similar on the tongue, as citrus pith and dry grass provide a bitterness that is backed by a very mildly sweet malt. A bit of a mineral, slightly spicy finish, almost Saison-like in nature. Good, not great. Preferred the Eagle Skull from Monnik which followed it.
