Year of New Beer: Midnight Monk, Terrapin Beer Company (GA)

Written By: Dion on 02/27/2015

Belgian yeast and candied sugar on the nose, with traces of evergreen, chocolate, and bubblegum. On the tongue comes a piney hop bitterness that is subdued by a roasted, slightly smoked malt. Hints of citrus intermingled with a touch of spice, superbly hidden alcohol. Nothing mind-blowing, but interesting and easy drinking. Picked up at Craft to Go in Panama City.
