Rich tones of caramel, raisin, and brown sugar are layered atop oaked whiskey and spiced citrus. On the tongue, a slightly burnt sugar joins light vanilla, bread crust, and a pine bitterness. Warming alcohol and citrus peel work nicely with traces of maple and dark fruit. Big, complex, and delicious.
