The nose on this is all about the cherries...tart and pungent against cursory notes of green apple and funky, damp oak. The sour cherries transition beautifully to the tongue, with their acidity being balanced by a subtle honey sweetness. The Brett funk and musty oak increase with warmth, providing a nice backdrop for the puckering fruit. No idea where they hid the 11% because this has absolutely zero perceptible alcohol. Fantastic.
